Return the pipeline base directory or one of it's subdirectories
Usage
## S4 method for signature 'PipR'
getDir(object, type = "base")
Arguments
object
PipR object
type
Optionally specify the subdirectory. Possible values are
"base", "log", "status", "result", "temp"
Value
Character string specifying the path of the directory.
