Expected regulators list

You can use this file upload if there is no list provided for your organism, or you would like to provide yout own list.

Those regulators should be in the same format as the gene identifiers in the rownames of your expression file. In addition, your expression file should contain at least a portion of those regulators.

Please use a file containing one regultaors per line.
