Arguments

currently supported: NcbiBlastAnnotation
pathToFile
path to an annotation File (currently ncbi makeblast db formatted database)
inputStringSet
XStringSet of the sequences one wants to annotate
ncbiBlast
specific parameters see: ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/executables/blast+/LATEST/
