RangedAnnotation(annotName, pathToFile, filename, queryGR, ...)
Arguments
.Object
EnsemblAnnotation, RefSeqUCSCAnnotation, GRangesBasedAnnotation
annotName
Name of the annotation
pathToFile
file path to either an RObject or specific file type see "rtracklayer" of the subject annotation
queryGR
GRanges object of candidates one wants to annotate
