distance_t_analyse(dist_list, physeq, group_var)
Arguments
dist_list
Named list of dist objects (one object for each distance)
physeq
Phyloseq object
group_var
Character identifying the grouping variable in the sample_data of the phyloseq
Value
list of two named lists, one with the plots and one with the data_frames of the p_values from pairwise t.tests
