Description
This functions creates a constructor for loading/unloading modules in myriad cluster
Usage
myriad_module(mode = "load", module = "", force = FALSE)
Arguments
mode
Path to samtools executable. Default path tools/samtools/samtools.
module
Module to load.
force
Force unload module. Default FALSE
