Saves topics as bed files
Usage
getBedFiles(object, path)
Arguments
object
Initialized cisTopic object, after object@binarized.cisTopics has been filled.
path
Path to save the coordinates of the cisTopic specific regions as bed files.
seqlengths
Annotation from where to retrieve the seqlengths
