Randomly sample prokaryotic representatives
Description
This function was used to select the prokaryotes used in the paper. I do not
recommend using it now though. It can select unclassified taxa.
Usage
uniprot_sample_prokaryotes(downto = "class", remake = FALSE)
Arguments
downto
the lowest phylogenetic rank that shoul be sampled
remake
whether to replace an existing file
Value
phylo object containing the prokaryptic sample tree
