Use the prokaryotic species that I use
Description
This set of species is currently not all that great. It is a sample of
bacterial and archaeal species from each class in each domain.
Usage
use_recommended_prokaryotes(x, version = 1)
Arguments
x
Strata object
version
integer: Prokaryote outgroup version (1 for the original values used in
the paper, 2 for the 2024 update)
Value
x Strata object with the basal stratum (ID=131567) replaced
