In bramburger/colvano: Provide Intervals for Volcano Plots
R package to create confidence intervals for fold changes and prediction intervals for p-values. Should not be trusted so far.
Works with simple limma models and t-test, and can give simple version of effect sizes.
Available functions are:
- createIntervals
- get.effects.limma
- get.effects.groups
