Description

An experiment that studies the effects of extraction time, solvent volume, ethanol concentration, and temperature on the yield and phosphatidylcholine enrichment (PCE) of deoiled rapeseed lecithin when fractionated with ethanol. (Chapter 16, Table 16.25)
