Description
Create a matrix indicating which timepoints likely suffer from edge effects.
Returns a time by frequency matrix with NA
Usage
remove_edges(sigtime, sigma_t)
Arguments
sigtime
timepoints in the signal
sigma_t
standard deviations of the morlet wavelets
