This data set contains one annotated data frame of class genalex, holding 10-locus diploid microsatellite genotypes of 262 adult coast live oak (Quercus agrifolia) trees from Sedgwick Reserve, Santa Barbara County, California, USA.

Annotated data frames of class genalex. Columns are:

AdultMomFamily Identifier for adult tree
Site Population, always Sedgwick for this data set
0c11 First allele for microsatellite locus 0c11
0c11.2 Second allele for microsatellite locus 0c11
... Remaining 9 microsatellite genotypes
