readGenalex-deprecated: Deprecated functions in the readGenalex package
In douglasgscofield/readGenalex: Read, Write, Manipulate and Convert GenAlEx-Format Genotype Files

These functions are provided for compatibility with older version of the readGenalex package. They may eventually be completely removed.

1	printGenalexGenotype(...)

...

Parameters to be passed to the current version of the function

`printGenalexGenotype`	now a synonym for `printGenotype`
`computeGenalexColumns`	now a synonym for `getLocusColumns`
`reorderGenalexLoci`	now a synonym for `reorderLoci`
`getGenalexLocus`	now a synonym for `getLocus`
`putGenalexLocus`	now a synonym for `replaceLocus`
`dropGenalexLoci`	now a synonym for `dropLocus`
`reduceGenalexPloidy`	now a synonym for `reducePloidy`
