Description

computes the partial transcriptome evolutionary index (TEI) values combined into strata

Usage

rcpp_pStrata_parallel(expression, ps, psgroup, ncores = 1L)

Arguments

expression

ExpressionSet as sparseMatrix

ps

named Phylostratum

psgroup

ordered unique Phylostratum

ncores

number of cores
