Description

Separate out spikein from genes based upon rownames of tpm.value slot of tpm object.

Usage

sepSpike(obj, invert = FALSE)

Arguments

obj	A tpm object.
invert	A logical object, indicating whether to keep spike-in only (TRUE) or genes only (FALSE).
