get_clusters(string_ids, algorithm="fastgreedy")
Arguments
string_ids
a vector of STRING identifiers.
algorithm
algorithm to use for the clustering. You can choose between "fastgreedy", "walktrap", "spinglass" and "edge.betweenness").
Value
list of clusters of interacting proteins.
