g-antonello/gautils2: Wrapper of my functions to wrangle mostly microbiome data
The package contains several functions for microbiome data generation, manipulation, visualization and so on. Functions about phyloseq objects start with "phy_". Use four spaces when indenting paragraphs within the DESCRIPTION.
