Pre-oligotyping diagnostics for functional genes

oligo4fun is an R package for diagnosing functional gene alignments before oligotyping or MED. Check the project website for more detailed information and tutorials.

Installation

You will need to install devtools

install.package("devtools")

Once devtools package is installed, load the library:

library(devtools)

Now install oligo4fun directly from the github repository:

install_github("genomewalker/oligo4fun")
