Extract the query or hit sequence.

getQuerySeq(x, max = FALSE)

getHitSeq(x, max = FALSE)

getMatch(x, max = FALSE)

`x`	A Hsp or HspList.
`max`	If `TRUE` return data only for the hsp with the highest bit score.

An BString or BStringSet object.
