Description

This function plots the summarized LRR of a set of samples

Usage

## S3 method for class 'MADloy'
plot(x, labels, print.labels = FALSE, threshold = -0.6, cex.label = 0.8, ...)

Arguments

x	a MADloy object.
labels	a character vector with the samples labels.
print.labels	should sample labels be showed.
threshold	threshold to draw sample labels.
cex.label	size of the labels.
...	Other graphical parameters.
