get_ga4gh_url(url, id, chr, start, end, type)
Arguments
url
character URL of the server
id
character ID of the file
chr
character Chromosome to filter (encoding is server dependant)
start
numeric Start position to filter
end
numeric End position to filter
type
character Type of file (VCF/BAM)
Value
URL of ga4gh VCF/BAM file
