In jmw86069/platjam: Platform Jam, biological platform importers.
platjam
The purpose of platjam is to provide specific biological
platform import methods and associated data manipulation.
Examples include:
- genome coverage matrices from
make_heatmap
- Nanostring expression data in the form of .RCC files
- proteomics data from Proteomics Discoverer (PD)
- proteomics data from PEAKS
Installation
To install platjam:
devtools::install_github("jmw86069/platjam")
