Quick summary of normalizedMatrix data

Usage

nmat_summary(nmat, ...)

Arguments

nmat	normalizedMatrix object
...	additional arguments are ignored.

Value

data.frame with columns:

• "row" with rownames,

• "summit_name" when recenter_nmatlist() has been applied,

• "restrand" when restrand_nmatlist() has been applied.
