#' Libraries were sequenced following the 3' tag-SEQ protocol in the Juenger
#' Laboratory at the University of Texas, Austin. Counts were called via a custom
#' BWA - HTSeq pipeline, curtosy of Scott Schwartz, 1-Feb 2016
