test_kernel_widths: Plot cell state graph over different gaussian kernel widths

Description

This function must be called after the trajectories have been carved (see carve).

Arguments

kernel_sigmas	a numeric vector specifying the candidate standard deviations of the gaussian kernel used to canalize the trajectories. Default to c(1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 1000).
cell_colors	character string. The name of the phenotypic metadata to show on the cell state graph plots. Default to 'cells_samples'.
plot_name	character string. The filename of the output plot file. Default to 'candidate_kernel_params.pdf'.
