Usage
LD_diagnosis_susie_rss(z, R, n)
Arguments
z
z scores.
R
LD correlation matrix.
n
The sample size. (Optional, but highly recommended.)
Value
a data frame of expected z-scores and test statistics
from susieR::kriging_rss.
