The full Kimura distribution CDF
Description
Get the CDF for Kimura(p, b) evaluated at regular intervals of length
1e-04. Note: this is an auxiliary function.
Usage
.pkimura_full(p, b)
Arguments
p
number in (0; 1): initial heteroplasmy.
b
number in (0; 1): drift parameter.
Value
Numeric vector of length 10001, corresponding to the CDF for
Kimura(p, b), approximated at x = seq(0, 1, 1e-4).
