The Kimura distribution

Description

Estimate the Kimura(p, b) cumulative distribution function.

Usage

pkimura(x, p, b)

Arguments

x	numeric vector of values in [0; 1].
p	number in (0; 1): initial heteroplasmy.
b	number in (0; 1): drift parameter.

Value

The cumulative distribution function of Kimura(p, b), evaluated at x. Note there is a fixed probability at both extremes of the distribution. the distribution is estimated by evaluating dkimura(p, b) at regular intervals of length 1e-4 and applying the trapezoidal rule.
