RD file structure

The experiment are stored in an R list. If you have followed the instructions here follow the instruction here to view and understand each part of the experiment.

require(procpharm)

First change the working directory. Here i explicitly define the folder containing the experiment.

setwd("Y:/Lee Leavitt/Presentations/Paper/Figures/TTA A2 Dose Response/190531.39.m.m3.p2 ttaa2 potassium dose response comparison/")

Now that we are in the correct location load the experiment.

load("RD.190531.39.m.m3.p2.Rdata")
