leocrh/FPGC: Help functions to process Phenotypic Genomic and Climate data

FPGC has three sets of functions 1) to process models from the lme4 package to obtain various trial statistics; 2)to format and filter genotypic data to generate G matrix; and 3) to download and process climate data from the NASA POWER database.
