Description
Plot methylome profile for a gene.
Usage
plot_meth_profile(meth_profile, alpha.f, ylim = c(-1, 1), ADD = FALSE, ...)
Arguments
meth_profile
a list of dmProfile
alpha.f
a numeric specifying transparency of convolved signal.
ylim
plot function parameter.
ADD
logical, add to current plot device
...
args pass to plot
