Produces a bamdata object to be used with the bamr package.
Usage

swot_bamdata(swotlist, Qhat = NULL, ...)
Arguments
swotlist
a list of SWOT observables
Qhat
Prior guess of mean discharge. If NULL, will attempt to get
from attr(swotlist, "QWBM")
