Run Mseek in your webbrowser.
Usage
runMseek(...)
runPeptideApp(...)
Arguments
...
Additional arguments passed to shiny::runApp, e.g. to set up the
port used or to make Mseek reachable from other computers
(with host = getOption("shiny.host", "0.0.0.0"))
Functions
