Determine FSL output type
Description
Finds the FSLOUTPUTTYPE from system environment or
getOption("fsl.outputtype") for output type (nii.gz, nii, ANALYZE,etc)
Usage
get.fsloutput()
Value
FSLOUTPUTTYPE, such as NIFTI_GZ. If none found, uses NIFTI_GZ as default
