phyloHess: Compute hessian

In ndukler/phyloGLM: Tests for signals of variable rates of evolution between gene classes and lineages for probabalistic alleles

Description

Compute parameter hessian for given rate model object

Arguments

x	a set of parameters around which to compute the gradient (optional)
model	rateModel object
scale	value to scale log-likelihood by (default=1)
threads	number of threads to use

Value

vector of gradients
