Plots parameter values and standard errors
Arguments
x
rateModel object or the data.frame from se(rateModel)
hess
the hessian for the model (optional)
alpha
plot the confidence interval of the parameters from [alpha/2,1-alpha/2]
Value
a list of two plots, one for the rate parameters, one for the pi parameters
