plotSpecPanel: Add later

In nghiavtr/mascotParser: Parse Mascot results file (*.dat) from both PMF and MSMS searches

Usage

plotSpecPanel(mz1, int1, mz2, int2, plotTitle = NULL, xlimVal = NULL)
