proposal_rj(jump, huelsenbeck = FALSE)
Arguments
jump
Proposed model jump, as defined by propose_jump.
huelsenbeck
Defines the type of proposal.
rj.obj
Input list.
phase
Monphasic (1) or biphasic (2).
