richelbilderbeek/raket: What If Speciation Takes Time?
What if reproduction isolation takes time to establish? This package first simulates a PBD phylogeny, in which reproductive isolation does take time to establish. From those phylogenies, DNA sequences are simulation and analysed using 'BEAST2'. 'BEAST2' does not assume that reproductive isolation takes time to establish.
