The seasonal Oceanic Niño Index is computed then downloaded from IRI Data Library.
Usage
oni.iridl.ldeo(startYear, seasonLength)
Arguments
startYear
integer, start year to download.
seasonLength
integer, length of the season.
Value
A named list
