PKPDsim is a library for numerical integration of ODE systems, in particular pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic (PK-PD) mixed-effects models.
Important!
To allow sustained development of PKPDsim, the developmen repository has moved to InsightRX/PKPDsim. We will not be updating ronkeizer/PKPDsim anymore.
