Filter background matrix
Usage

FilterBackgroundMatrix(B, cutoff = 0.75)
Arguments
B
Background expression matrix, as returned by GetBackgroundMatrix
cutoff
a value between 0 and 1 that filters based on the average Pearson correlation coefficient. Default is 0.75.
Value
a filtered background matrix
