ssokolen/fluoroscripts: Scripts for Importing and Processing Spectrofluorometry Data
A collection of scripts for working with fluorescence data. Currently, this collections includes routines for loading data from a Cary Eclipse Spectrophotometer or a BioTek Synergy 4 plate reader, processing it into long format, and plotting it, as well as choosing optimum fluorescent proteins for flow cytometry analysis.
