The rankingDE class holds da ranking format for the warpDE package It is crafted to be part of the workflow for differentially expressed gen inference and the exploration of the genes ranking.

Usage

ranking.df(x)

params(x)

## S4 method for signature 'rankingDE'
g.rank(x, g.list)

Arguments

x	a rankingDE object.

Methods (by generic)

• ranking.df: returns the ranking dataframe.

• params: returns list of parameters used to create the ranking.

• g.rank: returns the ranks and criteria of some genes.
