This directory contains scripts for phylodynamic analysis. Main R packages used for analyses are: phydynR and BayesianTools.
Processing
This directory contains scripts for merging the trees by subtype into a single tree and for performing treedater analyses as a dated phylogenetic tree is necessary for carrying out phylodynamic analyses as observed in directory Models.
