Description

Data from a study of that classified samples of male and female white sturgeon by size class and sexual maturity.

Usage

sturgeon

Format

A data frame of 24 observations and six variables:

size:

size class as determined by fork length (cm)

midpoint:

size class midpoint

sex:

sex of sturgeon (F or M)

count:

number of sturgeon of a given size class and sex

immature:

proportion of sturgeon classified as immature

mature:

proportion of sturgeon classified as mature

ripe:

proportion of sturgeon classified as ripe
