In tshmak/lassosum: LASSO with summary statistics and a reference panel

Feature requests:

1. xp.lassosum, if list.of.lpipe.input is given, checks whether it matches the dimension of xp.plink.linear
2. Use Sam's new I/O functions for .bed files
3. Add warning message for taking a subsample for reference panel.
4. Allow using summary stats not generated from plink.
5. Allow xp not using lassosum results.
6. Fix installation issue with Mac.
7. allow "nomatch" when calling lassosum.pipeline if using the same ref.bfile, but !is.null(extract) in cp.lassosum
8. Cross-validation currently does unweighted average. What about a weighted average?
9. Adds A2 to output from cp.plink.linear
10. Improves documentation for oraganize.by.fold()
11. Updates example in lassosum.pipeline()
