Description
Plots the count densities.
Usage
countDensPlot(cts, colors, main = "all transcripts", bw = 7)
Arguments
cts
the signal to use for plotting.
colors
a character vector containing colors.
main
a character representing the plot title.
bw
a numeric passed to density().
