Arguments
rsims
- single rsimTCSAM results object, or named list of such
verbose
- flag (T/F) to print debug info
Details
Extracts growth transition matrices.
Value
dataframe in canconical format.
Note that 'z' is pre-molt size, 'zp' is post-molt size.
